Sustainable Sourcing & Origin Engagement
I provide independent, origin-based advisory support to help translate sustainability ambitions into practical, workable approaches on the ground.
My work focuses on cocoa and coffee value chains, with a strong emphasis on direct engagement with producer organizations, local partners, and supply-chain actors. I support situations where sustainability challenges are complex, relational or context-specific, and where progress depends on trust, alignment, and realism, rather than standardized solutions.
This advisory work complements digital tools, certification systems, ESG and M&E frameworks by bringing stronger connection to origin realities and implementation on the ground.

Approach
I believe more sustainable and regenerative value chains are built not only through standards and systems, but also through stronger relationships, transparency and understanding between the people involved in them. Working across both strategic and field-level contexts, I seek to bridge sustainability ambitions with the lived realities of producers at origin.
Background
Over the past 15 years, I have worked across sustainability, producer engagement and traceability initiatives in cocoa, coffee and agricultural value chains throughout Latin America. Living and working between Europe and Latin America shaped my interest in more origin-grounded and relationship-based approaches to sustainability, connecting strategy and systems with realities on the ground.
